Since becoming Lexington’s ONLY locally owned and operated executive housing company, we continue to focus on helping families transition to a new city.  We’ve managed to grow the company mainly by listening to our guests/customers and continually improving our product based on their input.  That feedback has led to numerous features that we’ve added over the years to our corporate apartments to further enhance our guest’s lodging experience with us.  The first “innovation” created via guest feedback was our famous “GUIDE TO LEXINGTON” that is in every apartment.  We recognized that the majority of our guests staying with us were new to the city and that they would often call us requesting basic information on Lexington (restaurants, school districts, things to do, etc.).  Eventually, we created the Guide to help families staying with us in their transition to a new city.  Another recent feature that we’ve incorporated into our furnished apartments was adding a second TV to all of our 2/3 bedroom apartments for our guest’s benefit.  We recognize the need for families, or individuals sharing an apartment, to be able to watch one program while other people may be using the second TV for their own entertainment.  All of our corporate apartments have dual DVD/CD players in the unit, too.

All of our apartments are cleaned by caring employees of Lexington Relocation, not outside cleaning agencies who are paid by the job.  Our “in-house” linen facility means that you will always have fresh linens delivered to you on the day of your apartment cleaning instead of old linens washed in your apartment by strangers.  If you need extra linens or towels, please don’t hesitate to ask!  Every apartment that is turned around after a guest has left must pass our 50 point inspection checklist before it is released to our pool of available apartments.  We believe that our extra attention to detail regarding guest service is the reason we’ve managed to become the leading provider of upscale family/executive housing.
