Whether your location is based on a desired school district, work commute distance, or proximity to your new home, our office staff will always attempt to take care of your unique needs. We’ve established corporate apartments throughout Lexington and Central Kentucky in an attempt to limit a guest’s commute to less than twenty minutes to their main destination. Beaumont Farms

Located on the southwest side of the city off of Harrodsburg Road. This community also provides excellent access to the city's inner belt freeway (New Circle Road/Rte 4). This location is an easy commute to the Danville, Harrodsburg, Versailles, Lawrenceburg, and Frankfort communities. The excellent inner-belt freeway access also allows an easy commute to the north side of town.

The Racquet Club

Located on the south side of the city, just east of Tates Creek Road and Man O' War Boulevard, with easy access to the city's inner beltway (New Circle Road/Route 4). Ideally located near downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky campus. Keeneland and the airport are within 10 minutes. Inside the clubhouse you'll find a restaurant, racquetball court and lap pool.

The Fountains at Andover
Located just west of the I-75 freeway (1 mile) at Man O' War and Todds Road, this location provides excellent freeway access to all Central Kentucky cities, including Georgetown, Winchester, Paris and Richmond. Property is located on the Southeast side of town, but the convenient freeway access allows for an easy commute even to the north side of town and Frankfort. The airport is approximately 12 miles from the apartment community.

The Summit

Located just west of the I-75 freeway (1 mile) at Man-O-War and Helmsdale Place, this location provides excellent freeway access to Georgetown, Winchester, Paris, and Richmond. Property is located on the Southeast side of town, but the convenient freeway access allows for an easy commute even to the north side of town and Frankfort. The airport is approximately 12 miles from the apartment community.

Townley

Located on the North side of Lexington just off of New Circle Road, this location has easy access to Nicholasville, Harrodsburg, Versailles and Danville. Minutes away from downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky Campus. Bluegrass airport is less than 10 miles away.

Wyndamere

The premier apartment community in Georgetown, this community provides ideal access to Georgetown, Winchester, Paris, Cynthiana, and Mt. Sterling areas. Northern Kentucky cities are within 35 minutes of this property.

Enclave

Located on the south side of Lexington just east of Tates Creek Rd, this location has easy access to Nicholasville, Harrodsburg, Versailles and Danville. Minutes away from downtown and the UK campus. Approximately 10 minutes from the Bluegrass Airport. Public schools include: Mill Creek Elementary, Tates. Creek Middle and Tates Creek High School.

Hamburg Farms

Located approximately 1 mile west of I-75, this location provides quick and easy access to Georgetown, Berea, Richmond, Winchester and Paris. Convenient interstate access allows for an easy commute to the north side of Lexington and to cities just south of Lexington. The public schools in this area include Liberty Elementary, Crawford Middle and Henry Clay High School.

Riverford Crossing

Located conveniently close to I-64 in Frankfort, Ky., this location has easy and quick access to Lexington, Georgetown, Louisville and Versailles. This location is with thin 30 miles of Lexington downtown. The Bluegrass Airport is less than 25 miles away from Riverford Crossing.
